being fired for being unstable
My friend sent me a text from her manager at a seasonal job at a kiosk in the mall.
She was told she needed help with coping skills and that she cannot run a business with a person as unstable as she is.
I told her that's illegal and discrimination. Even if it's seasonal what can she do because this is so not allowed!
