Someone help

Ok so this is an updated post from the other day and added some stuff that has happened since my first post...

First post:

Quick explanation: so I was pregnant and was told I was gonna loose the baby cause it stopped growing. I took the pills to force it because my body wouldn't do it. My miscarriage started on August 4th and ended September 13th. My next period lasted 11 days and then the next 6 days. And once again this month I started my period; I bled heavily for only 2 days which is beyond not normal but then it just stopped suddenly. Didn't slow down, nothing.. I took a test and it was negative. Checked my cervix and it was high n soft.. Can anyone help me figure this out??

Update:

Today as of 12/24: I've had a little abdominal pain, earlier I literally had the tiniest bit of spotting and haven't had anymore, and my cervix has been the same way since I stopped bleeding that 2 days; it's high and soft. Honestly can't really tell if it's closed or open but it hasn't changed... I know my body went through a lot and might still be. But I'm trying to get pregnant again and I'm just so confused... Someone please try to help me figure this mess out...
