ovulation test

Hey girls! My husband and I are getting serious about ttc so I decided to buy ovulation tests. Is anyone familiar with the AccuMed brand? I found a pack of 40 ovulation tests and 10 pg tests for $8.99 on amazon. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them and if they're any good. I've used 3 so far and SO anxious about getting a positive. I'm still a little early... according to glow, I'm just entering my peak fertile window, but still no positive ovulation test. Any tips on what to expect or what to do? My hubby and I are trying to wait to have sex until we get a positive. Should we start trying anyway? Any advice would be great. Thanks!
