mastitis ... AGAIN

Hey ladies I developed mastitis for the second time . I was about two days into my antibiotics when I started feeling less soreness and noticed less redness in my right breast, then all of a sudden my left side got a huge red terribly painful lump. So I continued taking my antibiotics but I have never felt this sick in my entire life. Frozen chills all night then I woke up hot and drenched in sweat I feel groggy and my head is pounding. So my question is, is it normal to have it spread even while on antibiotics and when is it time to go back into the doctor ??
