Transition from Swaddling?

Any tips or ideas on how to help LO transition out of her swaddle? 😩

we swaddled till he was about 11 months. After he could roll we got one where his arms were free. Then we slowly loosened it until it was more like a gown. Took it away and he didn't even notice. We tried doing it cold turkey and he wasn't having it at all.
