final update on water bag broke @31 weeeks

My son was born on November 10,2016 he has been in NICU due to respiratory and being a premie which is expected . He has been in the hospital for over a month now and few weeks . So today they try and wine him down and take off oxygen and as he did it for a good while he desated so there going to discharge him with oxygen my fear is he will need it for a long time and him not being able to go out . I am heart broken at this point that taking him home is not on my mind but the staff is trying to push for it I don't feel comfortable getting out of the hospital this way .
