2 month old

My son has a bad cold and is extremely congested, he can barely breathe out of his nose poor baby. We've been using saeline drops and sucking his nose out, and also we have a humidifier by his bed at night and during the day but it doesn't seem to be helping. He's only 2 months, any advice?
