Is it a must for you SO. to come to appointments ?

I voted he has to come to the big ones because that is true but my man has opted to be at every single appointment even if it's just a check up.

My husband has come to the high risk appointments where we knew we'd get diagnostic info that may require decisions. But he has not come to the ob or monitoring appointments at mfm.

My husband was gone for the first half of my pregnancy and then when he came home, we were in the middle of moving, so he didn't have time to go to them, but I didn't mind. He was there for the birth and that's all I care about.

I want him to come the only one I really want him to come to is the gender ultrasound but he hasn't come to any so far so I doubt he'll come to that one either 🙄

My husband came to our first initial appointment & then he'll be at our gender one on the 4th. But otherwise it involves him missing work, so I don't get too upset when he can't be at every single one. Plus, he can hear the heartbeat at home anytime so it's not necessary for him to be there every single time :)

My husband enjoys going with me. We both have lots of questions so it's nice he can be involved. If he couldn't make an appointment it wouldn't be a big deal but I feel lucky he's so caring toward me and our unborn baby.

I've only had one and he was at that one. He's also planning on coming to my next appointment. Idk if he'll be at all of them, but he wants to be at most.

My hubby would come to any if I really wanted him to, but he only insists at being at the ultrasound appointments. I'm only 16 weeks now, so I'll probably make him come to more closer to the end when we start discussing labor & delivery, but he doesn't need to watch me get my cervix checked haha

My SO wants to make it to all of my appts but we both know he can't so I go and I'll get the doctor permission to call him while I'm with the doc so altho my SO isn't there he's on the phone hearing everything and asking questions that he might have he may not be there but he is if that makes sense. My SO tries to get off for my appts but for right now this is working and for ultrasounds he gets the pictures after lol so I get everything done and he gets the baby's pictures after its not what we both want but sometimes you have to change some things up your make it work and so far this is working for us.

My SO loves taking me to all my appointments and is muttering about 1 in January that he will have to miss (probably the only 1). I'm not as concerned, since it's just a routine appointment.
