You shouldn't have more than 4 braxton hicks in 1 hour?

Is this true? Because I had 21 in a hour 3-4 minutes apart on Saturday. Is that normal? I am 34 weeks

You're probably dehydrated.
The general rule is 6 an hour.

But you're getting closer to your due date, so it's normal.

Stay hydrated, and change positions frequently. That normally helps.

That sounds fine, I had them every 9 min for 3 hours, told my midwife when I saw her and she said it's a good sign everything's getting ready :-)

Are you sure they were Braxton Hicks? That's a lot for 1 hour. They usually last for a little bit 20+ seconds where your whole belly gets hard
