Are period cramps always bad?

Are period like cramps always a bad thing at 33 weeks? I've started getting them tonight along with sharp pains in my cervix. They aren't super bad but kinda feel like they're getting worse. I don't want to panic, so I'm wondering if they can be normal pregnancy pains this far along? I've had Braxton hicks before but I also have a binacurate uterus (heart shaped) so I tend to over analyze. Thanks!

As long as they aren't regular and consistent meaning every 5 minutes or so nonstop. If they go away after a bit or are all over the place then it's just false labor. And also if they go away when you change positions, stand or sit, or drink lots of water it's false labor. That's a good thing. Your uterus is strength training for the big day!

I've had that for the past 3 almost 4 weeks. It's completely normal. Just your body prepping for labor I'm 40+3
