No, but you will definitely want to buy some granny panties 2 sizes bigger after delivery. Especially if you're having a vaginal delivery. You're not gonna want anything too tight near there for a while.

After my first baby I feel more comfy with a med or large bc I did keep some weight in my hips and butt and thigh region. I had a normal vaginal dleievery and I can promise you you'll want loose fitting clothes and not tight chonies.! You will be sooo sore.! Yes very worth it but granny panies even tho aren't very attractive will def be your new best friend for a bit.! I called it my mommy diaper.! 😂

I've bought some maternity underwear at Motherhood Maternity and I love it. They are soft and cute. So much more comfortable.

Depends on the kind of underwear. The majority of my underwear I can still wear. Only a few brands I can't do. Just went one size up.

For me towards the end my hips have spread some and plus once he dropped, so a few of my tighter undies are just uncomfortable! So I got a few extra more stretchy pairs
