Everything I read and even my birthing class instructor says that a FTM has to do one or the other first because your body doesn't know what it is doing and that dilation typically won't happen in FTM's until active labor. Since 33 weeks I've slowly started to Dilate and thin. At 35 weeks I am 1 centimeter dilated and a little over 50% thinned. By OB doesn't think I'll make it to 40 weeks and I'm just curious about the progress you other FTM's are making if you are at the same stage or close to me in pregnancy. I'm due February 1st.
