belly button problem

So I am 5 1/2 pregnant with my second son. When I last saw my doctor she noticed my belly button was poking out and said I can have surgery on it to fix it. I told her I had it for my first pregnancy and my belly button didn't look the same. So now I'm trying to research if it's worth it because she mentioned the only thing with it is that I can't have more kids. But that isn't my concern. I just would like to know if anyone is having the same issue or concern as me?  Do you feel like it's worth it. I don't have a post picture of my first belly but this is my second belly but the other picture is how my belly button looked when I wasn't pregnant. Sink in and just weird
