What could it be?!

So my hubs and I have been ttc for 13 months...with no luck! Within the last month we've gone to the doctor to try to get the ball rolling and see what could be going on. I've had an exam: normal. All sorts of blood work for hormones and thyroid and whatever else: normal. The only thing left to check for me is the dye test to see if there is any sort of blockage and my husband is still waiting for his appointment to check his sperm count (could still potentially be the issue, although my guess is not). I'm just so stumped! I'm so grateful that I'm healthy and everything seems to be as it should... but it also leaves me even more confused as to why we haven't had any luck. Anyone had/have a similar situation? Any advice or ideas? TIA!
