I've been trying to get pregnant for 4 years

I've been trying to get pregnant for 4 years. I suffered with fibroids had a Myomectomy done to remove them and found out that I had a blocked fallopion tube. Its been a hell of a struggle and a very emotional roller coster! At 3:30 am today I tested postive. I've been praying to God really hard the past few months and he answered my prayers I am beyond grateful and super excited!! The craziest part is that I found a pregnancy test that I had for over two years. I found it in a box tucked away. I looked at the expiration date and it says, 12/2016. Look at God!! He was telling me when I was going to get pregnant without me even paying attention to that date on the test!! My period was 6 days late 😮 I'm preggos ya'll!!!!!
