baby's HR

So I ended up in hospital yesterday due to baby not moveing. They got us monitored for 30 mins and sent us home. Only problem is I'm more worried now than I was before. She only kicked once the whole time I was there. Her resting HR was around 155 witch is compleatly normal for her but for a good 5-10 minuets her HR accelerated to 190-198 and stayed there. Then dropped to 120-130 for 5 minuets then went back to -155 ish. When they said I was fine and to go home I asked about the acceleration and she said it's just normal variability but I know full well normal HR is between 110-160 and normal veriation is bewteen 10-25. My question is would you be worried? The machine was beeping the whole time her HR was high saying it's too high and the midwife just came over and said I can hear it's high stop beeping at me and turned the volume down 😥 I'm 37 weeks 4 day by the way
