34 weeks, bump is sore all over???

Question

Ftm not sure what to think.. my belly is very sore and painful. Started after my regular appt yesterday (of course, it couldn't have started before the appt!)
Extra sore on underside and very top by ribs. It's so sore I've had trouble sleeping. VERY painful rolling over.
I have been constipated lately but I'm not sure if it's related.
Do you ladies think I just pulled a muscle maybe? Or is this something that warrants a call to the dr?

It's your muscles. It's awful! Do you have a pregnancy pillow? It helped me a lot. And some Tylenol!

Thanks ladies. I ended up calling the dr on my lunch break and took a half day from work to rest and heal a little.
They agreed that it probably is just a pulled muscle. Painful but not harmful. Tylenol and heating pad all the rest of today and then again all weekend.
So glad to be almost done being pregnant!

I've read that the baby can basically bruise you from the inside if they're kicking and moving a lot. not sure if that's your case though
