loosing weight ??

I have lost almost 10 pounds and I do not have morning sickness so bad that I vomit all the time but I do have it that I am very nauseous off and in on all day .. I'm worried that I'm hurting the baby every time I get on the scale it's another pound down .. I am 14 weeks today

I have never gained weight with any of my pregnancies. With my first I was 288 after I was 268, with my second I was 210 and after was 188. With this one I will be 12 weeks Sunday and. I started at 177 and I am 166 now. Both of my girls were over 6 pounds.  I think you should be fine.

Don't worry as long as you eat and drink. I eat and eat and still lose weight all throughout my  three pregnancies.

Doctor never showed concern when I was 5 months and 2 pounds heavier than my prepregnancy weight. I ended up gaining 25 by the end of it and baby was 2 oz shy of 8 pounds at 37 weeks. Talk to your doctor to ease your feelings, but baby always gets what they need before you get it.

I lost 12 pounds. At 20 weeks I have gained 2 back. Had a ultrasound Tuesday and baby measured 2 weeks bigger and 15oz. So I wouldn't worry.
