Ramzi Method - Boy or Girl?

I went to the OBGYN this morning. I measured 6w5d but we are calling it 7 weeks because of my LMP. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what you think based on Ramzi.
The heartbeat was 140 and this was taken vaginally.
