cramps/heaviness during pregnancy
I am 4w2d and I have had cramps for about a week now. They arent painful, more annoying than anything. I notice them more when I lay down for bed and whenever I cough/sneeze I get this feeling in my lower abdomen, it feels heavy and almost tender. is this normal? this is my first pregnancy so im nervous and not sure whats normal. the cramps scare me sometimes but my doctors appointment isn't for another two weeks.
