Southwest Airline pregnancy tip

Lauren
For anyone traveling while pregnant...I had a long flight cut by a long layover. I dreaded SW airlines because there are no assigned seats and we kept getting far back in the line where we knew we would not be able to sit together. I have been so sick, even at 15 weeks, and traveling is awful. My husband asked at the gate desk at the airport about my situation...really needing a window seat to feel calm and him next to me for when I'm sick...and they gave me a preboarding pass for disabilities. I was one of the first ones on the plane and could save the seat next to me for my husband. The trip was still hard but the extra air next to the cold window helped tremendously and I definitely needed my husband next to me.
That was so nice of them, otherwise it would have cost extra to upgrade.
Just a travel tip!
