Looks like a rash. Your skin gets really sensitive during pregnancy. It could be sensitivity to laundry detergent. Some days I'm ok and other days my skin breaks out like this. I've asked my doctors and that's what they told me. If it's not burning, itching or causing a fever or rings like ringworm then you will be fine. Just another one of pregnancys wonderful symptoms it gives us lol
