anyone on labetalol for high blood pressure?

Hi ladies I just had to up my dose of labetalol For my hypertension. I'm 26 weeks and have been getting pretty high readings. So instead of 100 mg 2x a day I'll be going to 200mg 2x a day. Does anyone have experience with this medicine? I know high blood pressure is worse for the baby than taking meds.

I had high BP pre pregnancy so they changed my hctz meds to labetalol. I was on 100mg 2x a day until 36 weeks. I had perfect readings with my new meds until 34 weeks. At 34 weeks they started being high..around 150/90. So at 36 weeks they upped it to 200mg 2x a day. Still can't get it to come down much so I'm being induced jan 2 at 37 weeks. Good luck. It'll be okay!!

I was on it my entire pregnancy with no issues.

I take it 3x a day 200 mg. 38 weeks baby seems fine, being induced tomorrow though due to bp won't stay down.
