UPDATE. Doing Drugs.... Next Door....

So one of our neighbors has been seeing a girl who's a major druggy and he kicked her out and now she's back possibly.... so how can I report her?? She's constantly smoking pot and snorting cocaine.... From what we know. She's always asking for drugs if we go to hang out with her boyfriend who is oddly a clean cut guy. We know he's clean cut because he's military and would be flagged and kicked out if he did drugs. So how can I report her. Btw she has been trying to start shit with me and I'm not going to deal with her shit. I'm also in the military too and no he's not doing drugs, we hangout alot slot and see him tons, we could tell if he was like she was.

Okay so I do have proof of her doing drugs, both as mentioned above. It's none of y'alls business what she did to me or my family.... It has nothing to do with anyone but myself and her. Y'all are telling me to mind my own business when y'all are trying to pump me for questions after you bash me. Point is it's all she currently does and everyone on our street hate when she comes around because all she is is drama and makes our street terrible. She always has her drug dealer hauling ass up and down our street 2x per week..... they're destroying our street and her drug dealer has even almost hit one of our neighbors kids on the street...... basically all she and her little possy seem to do is cause drama and were all tired of it. We paid good money to buy our homes and everything is becoming insane. It was so quiet when her boy friend kicked her out (he owns the home, she's not on the papers at all)
