Anyone do the Clomid Challenge?

Hi all! Just turned 38, have pcos and have been ttc #1 for 5 months. This month I've been seeing a RE and getting all my tests. Just did the clomid challenge and follicle count. I had 2 18 mm follicles which I think is good right? Meet with the doc in a couple of weeks to discuss all my tests but I'm entering my fertile window so the NP said might as well try for pregnancy! Anyone else had the clomid challenge? What was your experience ?
