starting IUI process

So my in laws told us in middle of December that they want to pay for my first round of IUI's. I have mixed emotions about this. I started on letrozole on Tuesday which was a day later than I was suppose to. I'm taking it days 4 through 8 instead of days 3 through 7. I have my first appointment on January 4 for an ultrasound. Asking for prayers and baby dust. Has anyone had successful IUI's?
