My husband and I started TTC in August of 2015. Lot of months with very irregular periods and no ovulation lead to a diagnosis of PCOS and Hypothyroidism. Fast forward to July of 2016 we started seeing a fertility specialist. He agreed with the diagnosis and started me on monitored cycles with clomid and novarel trigger shot(I've been on 1500mg Metformin and 50mg Levothyroxine since early this year). First cycle was 50mg of clomid but my "7dpo" progesterone level was only 5 which didn't indicate a healthy ovulation. Second cycle was 100mg of clomid and was a complete bust; my follicles never got big enough for them to tell me to trigger. Third(and current) cycle was 150mg of clomid and everything looked okay. My 7dpo progesterone was 11.9, definitely better but not as high as they expected on a medicated cycle. Wednesday I was due to do my Beta HCG but had brown discharge like the beginning of my period so I didn't do the blood work and just planned an appt for Friday for my CD3 ultrasound. Since that morning when I had brown discharge I have had no blood.. a tiny more bit of discharge but no flow. So they have me coming back tomorrow for my HCG to rule out pregnancy but I definitely don't feel pregnant anymore.. My question is has this happened to anyone? Does it sound like IB? It seems a little late to me since it would have been 13 past trigger shot.
