My pap smear came back abnormal after my first doctor visit confirming my pregnancy. All prior years of Pap smears have always been normal. I asked the nurse what type of cells were present and she indicated High Grade Squamous (HSIL). They scheduled my colposcopy and possible biopsy for next Tuesday as I will be a little over 13 weeks. I'm already a bit of a hypochondriac so I have, of course, gone to the worst possible outcome. Now I am anxious and having bouts of panic about the health of myself and how it will impact my sweet little one. Any pregnant mamas go through this and have some stories to reassure me that all will be well? Thank you!
