marital issues

So to make long story short my husband and I have been having issues for quite some time. We have been together almost 5 years and married 1 year and half. I have a 7 year old daughter and he has an 11 year old son. my daughter is fine no issue, his son creates so much issues and problems I haven't spoke to my in laws for about a year now. They where trying to talk him out of marrying me the day before the wedding and having me sign a prenup. Well anything that happens at our home his son runs back and complains tomeiher his mom or grandma and turns shit around all the time. I have caught him stealing from my purse he's cut my clothes and suit cases. The list can go on and on. What pushed me over the edge was his baby momma butting in and him not sticking up for me if she tells him to jump it's how high!!? He called off work Tuesday bc she has no babysitter which we need money bad!?? So I went thru phone records and found out he called an attorney this morning I woke up to my check and savings including daughter drained!!what would be your guys opinion!?
