I know it's a long way in advance but ik it's going to take a lot of convincing. My bf and I will be in our own apartment that has a guest room. We will be a 10 hour drive from his parents and a 5+ from my parents (just moved).  Obviously we can't spend one day with each parent since it is such a long drive so. My bf and I agreed we will host and have both our parents. How do I suggest this to both of our strong minded parents. It's our first place and we are already excited to decorate it next year and want to enjoy it. How do I handle who gets the guest room? Do I suggest a place for both them to stay? It's not a money issue but I want my bf and I to also enjoy the holidays together a little too? Advice?
