OPK Positive but a HUGE dilemma

So I FINALLY got a positive opk tonight! I have been testing for almost 3 months now and nothing. So yay! Finally. But....my hubby had a sperm analysis and we got the results this week. We were told we have 0% chance of getting pregnant naturally right now. The results showed a extremely low sperm account and is at 0% mobility overall and 0% progressive mobility. I'm devastated 😭. I have so many mixed emotions right now. Happy I'm actually ovulating but devastated we probably won't be able to get pregnant naturally. Do we BD anyway and try and hope the results were just a bad test?! Idk how this all works. He's been referred to a Urologist and we aren't sure when that appointment will be yet. Suggestions?
