Advice??

Okay so my fiance is always wanting oral sex. When we first got together I used to have no problem with it, but then I got pregnant and he started getting depressed. He washes but he doesn't wipe himself after urinating (he isn't circumsized). It builds up and smells. He gained weight also and diet changed could any of these affect that? Like before I never noticed a strong urine smell.

And is it normal he wants just oral, like he is happy with a bj and that's it. I haven't had a romantic night filled with passion in a while. When we have sex he always closes his eyes, and has made me very self conscious of myself. I'm a heavyset girl and have gained even more weight since having two kids. I just feel like he isn't attracted to me. We've talked and he always says he is. He also had cheated on me too and yes I know you all will say leave or why stay.
