Does your spouse/SO come with you for doctor's appointments??

Anyone's spouse who is not interested in going to the doctor with them ?? I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and my husband never came with me to a single doctor appointment for any of the kids. He is just not genuinely interested. It surprises me though as he is a caring partner but if I have a doctor appointment it's my problem to reach there and come back home. Even if he is sitting at home doing nothing. Just wondering!!

First baby yes, every single appointment this baby (#2) no, I typically even forget to tell him about them until the day of.

My SO came to the first one, the 12 week scan and 20 week scan and my last appointment at 39 weeks to talk about labour. He didnt come to the others cause they werent really that exciting, just the standard measuring, pee check and heartbeat listening (we had a doppler also so he wasnt missing out on hearing it) He came to the important ones and thats all I wanted from him, plus ny appointments were always during work hours and I couldnt ask him to take that much time off work when hes just started a new job.

My dad never went with my mom to the OBGYN appointments, he hates doctors and avoids them as much as he can. My mom was never really bothered with it.

No he just came with me to find out the gender. He worked during all of my appointments. And my appointments were all pretty general. Check the heart beat give me some booklets and that was about it. I didn't feel like he needed to be at every one. He would always call just to make sure baby was healthy tho.

All my appointments are during work hours.  He is taking off for my 19week sonogram but I would rather him make us money.

He does when he can. We need both incomes to keep going, and he doesn't have any kind of paid leave like I do.

He would always come for ultrasounds but other appointments he normally wouldn't tag along, although he would often give me a lift if the weather was bad or something (the doctors surgery was a short walk away so I often just walked alone).

I voted yes to the title question.

My husband hasn't missed one appointment. We had our anatomy scan before xmas, baby was very active and we didn't get what we needed.  Went back this past Wednesday and got the rest...but then doctor called and said "you're baby is something else, just not trying to let us see all we need to" so now I have to go to the hospital and let them do a US...which he refuses to miss....I love that he goes. Even to my regular appointments he is there. Loving me and our baby.
