Is tracking and ttc ruining chances of bfp?

We started ttc in summer, thought it would take some time, so didn't change anything - kept on drinking and still smoked a little,  got bfp first month! Cut out all bad habits, ended up mc at 12 weeks. Since then have been tracking everything, every day. Still not drinking or smoking, but bfn again again. Could it be the trying that's causing problems? I have been stressing a bit, feel like life is on hold, can't have fun or do things I'd normally do because of ttc. What to do??
