panic attacks while pregnant?

This is so terrifying, I used to have them very rarely but since it hit 16 weeks they're almost constant☹️ I get one everyday . Why?? Is this normal? I'm scared for the health of my baby 💔

I have horrible anxiety and get panic attacks quite a bit. Being pregnant intensified them. Just try to breath and stay out of things that trigger the attacks. I'm 30 weeks now and my baby is perfectly healthy despite my constant stress and anxiety. Good luck 💕

I have SEVERE panic attacks with agoraphobia (afraid to leave the house due to the embarrassment of having a panic attack) My OBGYN is currently prescribing my anxiety meds because the medication itself is healthier than having panic attacks regularly. Seeing as panic is excessive adrenaline into the body it raises your blood pressure as well as heart rate which are things you want to avoid while pregnant.
