Hello all you lovely ladies! I would love to discuss the topic of 'pushing' during labour. I have heard many people are instructed on how to push and this astonished me so I would love to hear your stories, were you 'instructed' on how to push or were you left to push as your body intended? How did this affect your birth and would you want it to be different in your next birth?
