So my boyfriend and I have been having sex without a condom for about 2 years now. He uses the pull out method BUT he pulls out before he needs to cum so I help him do his business and it usually takes a minute or two to get him to cum with the good 'ol hands, I know the minute he sticks it in I could get pregnant but is it more effective to prevent it the way he does it or the typical "pull out the second he's about to cum"?
