Laying in bed trying to fall asleep , lay on my back and start to get heart burn , turn to my left to make it go away , it literally went from 0-100 in 2 seconds I got up and ran to the trash can and puked . Throw up everytime I burped and felt like I couldn't breathe ... that was one of the worst throw ups ever ! Why heart burn why !? 😭 great way to start my year !
