I loved depo! Everyone's different! I didn't do well with IUD's but some people love them. Talking to your doc and using trial by error are the best methods to find out what's right for you.

After this baby, I am going on the iud or arm implant.

I loooooved the nexplanon implant. Get it and forget it. There is breakthrough spotting after a few months tho. More than worth it for me, tho.

I was on depo.! I didn't have a period the entire 9 months I was on it, BUT it made my body produce WAY too much hormones and I was ragging constant bitch mode.! To me was not worth it.! Once off luckily I got my period back within the next month but due to over productivity of hormones it took 15 months to conceive again.! And I am not currently 14 weeks +2 with baby#2.

Just a heads up if you choose depo, (especially if you want kids in the next few years)  for me after not getting my last shot it took me 5 months to get my period back and then 2 more months to conceive. There's groups on here and other posts even that I've seen where it's also taken these ladies months if not years to conceive after getting off depo.
