Tips from mothers of 3? (3 young children)

I'm just curious as to any advice any mommies of 3 or more have. I'm due with my third and a little nervous. Hahaha.

I have a 4 year old, 2 year old and 5 month old. I actually found it harder to go from 1 to 2 than 2 to 3. My older 2 play together while I nurse the baby, whereas with my previous birth my oldest son was on his own and not very independent so it was hard on him. The main thing is establishing a routine so that I get my older 2 boys situated while she's napping. Also I do my middle son's nap time same time as baby's early afternoon nap which is helpful. I also finally hired a weekly cleaning service to help with heavy cleaning and laundry folding which helped tremendously. The double stroller is a must when we go anywhere because I'm outnumbered lol. The first couple months were hard but it wasn't as bad as people said it would be in my opinion. Good luck

I have a 5 year old, 3.5 year old, and almost 2 year old (all boys), and am pregnant with my fourth. Honestly? The first 8 months or so with 3 was chaos for me. I learned to accept help from almost anyone who offered, and to be kind to myself. I have help with the house once a week, and have learnt to ignore whatever I don't get done house-wise. I take a break when I need it, and try not to feel too guilty if I don't get through my whole list for every day. It's chaos most days, but it is a lot of fun, and so worth it! My boys love each other immensely and are best friends. The close age gaps mean that they all play together beautifully. I wouldn't have it any other way!
