3rd Month Trying

It's our 3rd month trying for our rainbow baby starting to think it's not going to happen. I think I'm doing everything right been taking pre-conception vitamins for months, using glow and clear blue dual hormone ovulation kits to predict our most fertile days. Staring really doubt it's going to happen. Do any of you ladies have any tips for new year ttc?
