According to my OB, it's normal for cramping like you will start your period and spotting for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. I have been cramping since before I found out I was pregnant and I was nervous. I have had 2 miscarriages and 1 birth. She told me my cramps were normal and even if I spotted it was normal.
