maybe pregnant ?

6 days sense I took a ovulation test they were positive . And now I have been naseous all day long , and been having dirreah all day long. Could I be pregant? My cycles are really messed up so I took an ovulation test the 27. And 28 they were both positive my last period was November 4th that's why I took the ovulation test. But now I have been feeling like this.. I don't know what do you guys think? Could I be feeling this way already?
