boobs hurt !!!

My breasts usually get painful before I get my period ( I'm currently on the TWW ) but at the moment my boobs feel so sore like never before !!! I feel as if somebody is twisting my nipple and feel some sort of crampy , stabbing sensation !!! PMS symptoms or early pregnancy ??
