Possible Ovarian Cyst?

So I've been having this pain in the area of my right ovary, it's not constant. Sometimes it hurts a lot, sometimes a little, sometimes it doesn't at all. It almost always hurts more when I urinate though. My lower back also hurts.

My mother told me she used to get Ovarian cysts a lot, and still does sometimes, from what she's told me and from what I've read, that's what I think I have going on. I've also read that they're rarely serious.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I should handle this? Does anyone know how to help with the pain? (For the record, I avoid taking any kind of pills/medications unless I absolutely have to, so when I ask for recommendations I'm looking for more natural pain relief if possible)
