my weight...help... idk what I'm doing wrong
Do I seriously look 202 pounds?? Please be honest. I am 5'8.
I work out regularly, mostly cardio. Usually 4 days per week on the treadmill. My normal weight is 160. In the past year, I went from a size 10 in jeans to a size 12, sometimes depending on the fit I will still fit in a size 10.
I have been slowly gaining this weight but I onestly don't see the difference between 160 and 202. About 2 weeks ago was the last time I weighed myself and it said 193. Now that it says over 200 I just want to cry... I don't eat that healthy, but honestly not terrible either. Actually, I the past month or so I've been eating less junk food and more salads and lean protein. My eating habits have never changed from when I was 160 for years and just basically gained 40 pounds in a year... I don't get it. To me, I don't even look 202 pounds... but please let me know what you think. Am I fat? Help please.
