how do you sleep at night?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and I can not get comfortable at night no matter what position I am in.. its always my back, it just hurts so bad. Does anyone else have this problem? And if so do you have any advice for me?! Can't go on with this anymore!!

I've heard people rave about pregnancy pillows 
I am 15 weeks now and really starting to consider one. 
I have slept with a pillow between my legs and it helps, but I'm starting to get more and more uncomfortable

Thank the lord for this post!!! I'm 20 weeks and I'm having the same trouble! My bump isn't humongous so I thought I was over reacting but being on back makes my tummy feel too stretched, being on my side isn't comfortable either and front sleeping is a no go!!! X

I've been having sleeping problems since I begin my 2nd trimester. My SO purchased a boppy pregnancy pillow for me from target it was 30.00 and since then my sleep has became better. Pillows ,pillows and more pillows is the key to comfort while you sleep throughout your pregnancy. I'm aware because this is my 2nd pregnancy lol hope this helps mama

I've had this throughout my whole pregnancy! I'm 36 weeks now and I'm sorry to say, it only gets worse :( i got a pregnancy pillow, it helps a little just annoying having to reposition it every time you want to change position. If you have the time, try napping throughout the day on your sofa, it provides more support than a mattress. Also, try camomile tea before bed, helps a little.

I'm only 11 weeks but I had a bad back prior to being pregnant. I brought a body pillow the other day to help me sleep on my side and it's so comfy. I'm normally a tummy sleeper but I have to break the habit. Having the pillow between my legs and infront of my tummy is really comfy and my back hardly hurts now while laying on my side (it did before). I recommend trying it out

I used to put a big pillow between my legs and have some of my stomach on it as well and I'll go right off to sleep but some reason tonight my back is aching so bad and my legs cramped up on me😩. Try so more pillows. I hope you feel better. Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy!

Have you tried putting a pillow as a support for your back and then one between the legs that also will help you as a pillow for your belly..? Like the one for the back not too thin and the one for the front thin and soft

The only way I'm comfortable while sleeping is by having a pillow between my legs and a pillow right by my stomach and then something to hug. Maybe because I like to cuddle it's more comfortable to me but that's how I've learned to sleep comfortably. Or just a body pillow, but I never bought one 😪
