sciatic pain is no joke.... 😪

I have horrible sciatic back pain on the left, lower side. My OB gave me stretches to do but they are a joke! Nothing is helping. It is getting so bad that I will stumble when I walk sometimes. Anyone have a remedy that I can try besides stretches? Any advice is welcome advice. Thanks y'all!!
