Is 13wks 3days too early to feel flutters?

Question

I think I felt them earlier today, in the same spot (as in, not moving across my abdomen like gas usually would), and low, where I know my uterus is. It almost felt like a butterfly or a tiny bird flapped its wings for a couple of seconds. Is it too early to feel baby moving around? And if not, is that even what flutters feel like?

I started feeling the flutters around 13-14 weeks. I thinks it's possible. Once you've already had a child you feel stuff sooner. And yes those are how the flutter feel exactly how you described it.

Its not too early i felt my first about then and this one at about 10 weeks it felt like fingers moving in my hips then gradually become more

Yes I felt flutters at 12 -14 weeks then nothing until 16 weeks.
