3M old sick

My baby will be turning four months injust a few days she has a strong cough that sometimes she wakes herself up , boogers she breathes weird . I do check her stomach to make sure she's not struggling to breathe . It doesn't dip in. Her doctors office is booked for today and i can get her possibly in tomorrow if I call early enough
